There is no single best way to use Massive Math. However, we do
suggest that you devise a simple implementation plan that answers the
following questions:
-Who will work on a given poster and for how long?
-Will students work on a poster in groups, pairs, or as individuals?
-Will a poster be completed left to right/top to bottom or randomly?

In general, addition and subtraction facts are taught in first and second

problems. We suggest that you not tell your students exactly how many.

No! It’s printed on a high-quality 24 lb. writeable paper. Pencil works great.
5. How do I hang a Massive Math poster on a wall?
Thumbtacks around the edges work just fine, but use plenty of them—

poster and a gold medal. These will be shipped, in most cases, inside a
sturdy shipping tube. The posters will never be folded, though minor
